       Micro RIM is a full service RIM & TPO Manufacturing Facility, recognized as both a ISO9001:2000 Certified company.  Micro RIM provides design/reverse engineering, tool design, tool manufacturing, tool maintenance and RIM/TPO production (See the Links Above for Slide Shows).  Our manufacturing and technical expertise allow us to deliver a superior product with scrap rates and return rates below industry standards.  These advantages allow us to provide customers with cost savings and  improved cycle times.

      Micro operates five RIM presses.  Our tooling department can use these presses to test  tools during development and mold maintenance.   This allows us to provide quality tooling and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.    

   Over 90% of our associates at Micro RIM have been with us for six or more years.  The production staff is cross trained to maximize efficiency during production runs.  Quality Control is monitored throughout the manufacturing process.
